An exciting opportunity for a year contract with the leading SaaS company, a true trial blazer. We are looking for an experience HR Program Manager to oversee and manage a critical HR program, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR program from start to finish, ensuring all processes are compliant with UK employment laws.
- Develop and implement a clear communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR stakeholders on procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure all legal requirements are met.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing HR programs and collective consultation processes in the UK
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slide and HR software Workday.

Preferred Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in Technology
